Substance Use Disorder Evaluations
We provide drug and alcohol assessments for adult individuals seeking treatment for addiction or who have been court ordered to be evaluated for substance use disorder. We refer those who are in need of treatment, to the appropriate levels of care. We coordinate with various treatment facilities in and around the Puget Sound to assure each client’s needs are met.
Mental Health Evaluations
We provide confidential and professional mental health evaluations for individuals who are either self-referred or court-ordered. Our evaluations are designed to assess your mental health needs, helping you understand any potential psychological conditions you may be experiencing. Based on your evaluation, we can provide a diagnosis if the criteria are met, offering clear insights into your mental health status.

In-Custody Assessments
We provide in-jail assessments for substance use disorders (SUD), mental health, and co-occurring disorders for individuals incarcerated in the Puget Sound area. Our services are available for both court-ordered evaluations and those seeking inpatient treatment from jail. Partnering with local jails and attorneys, we offer confidential, compassionate evaluations to assess the severity of substance use and mental health conditions, providing accurate diagnoses and treatment recommendations. Our goal is to help incarcerated individuals access the care they need, including referrals to inpatient treatment when necessary, ensuring a smooth transition from jail to recovery services.
